Dedicated to strength

At She Wulf  we are dedicated to empowering women in and out of the gym. We have Personal and Small Group Training options. Workouts are primarily weight training with an emphasis on strength training. 

Small Group

Who is Small Group for?

Small group training is for those who are looking for the feel of a class with the advantage of personalized coaching.  All groups are on the same program, which allows you to hop into any small group, depending on your schedule. 


Programs are typically 4-6 weeks long and cycle through different phases. All programs are progressively overloaded so that you can stop spinning your wheels and actually make progress! 


Your first session is always FREE!

Take your lifts to the next level with personalized, one-on-one guidance. 


In this session, we’ll break down your technique, correct form, and give you actionable cues to lift more efficiently, safely, and effectively. Perfect for anyone looking to improve strength, prevent injury, and elevate their performance in the gym


Included: 

- Warm-up 

- Full breakdown of a single lift

- Video analysis 

- Coaching plan to improve lift
