
At She Wulf we are dedicated to empowering women in and out of the gym. We have Personal and Small Group Training options. Workouts are primarily weight training with an emphasis on strength training.
Small group training is for those who are looking for the feel of a class with the advantage of personalized coaching. All groups are on the same program, which allows you to hop into any small group, depending on your schedule.
Programs are typically 4-6 weeks long and cycle through different phases. All programs are progressively overloaded so that you can stop spinning your wheels and actually make progress!
