At She Wulf, our mission is to help females, in all stages of their lives, build strong foundations and confidence inside and outside of the gym. While our primary clientele are females, we do not discriminate and everyone is welcome to train with us. Whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, She Wulf is here to help educate our members on strength, conditioning, mobility, and adaptability.

We offer a variety of services, including One-On-One Personal Training, Small Group Training, Athlete Strength and Conditioning, Pre/Postnatal Training, and First Responder Tactical.
Personal training is for individuals at any fitness level. Get one-on-one training and instruction with a program customized for your goals and needs.

Athlete S&C is crucial for performance, injury prevention, health and safety of our athletes. Athlete S&C is available for all sports in one-on-one sessions and groups up to 4.

First Responder Tactical Training is for all first responder and military personnel to be the best they can be at their jobs. This training is specifically designed around the demands of these jobs to keep them safe, minimize injury, and perform at their best. Also available in one-on-one and group options with a max of 4 people.

I worked with Coach Krys for a couple of months to work on getting in shape for my PRT after a patellar tendon tear. I went from 205lbs and a 37.5in waist to 195lbs and a 36.25in waist and all of my scores improved! I really enjoyed working with Coach Krys because she was able to give me exercises around my knee injury, but still have an effective workout.
I worked with Coach Krys after I injured my knee. I sprained my PCL and MCL and tore my meniscus. Ortho suggested surgery. I started with Coach Krys to gain strength before surgery. After 3 months of working with her, my follow up at Ortho went so well that I no longer needed surgery.
This whole experience of working with Coach Krys has taught me that I can eat to my calorie maintenance and still feel great and if I have an off day I'm strong enough to get right back on it! I love it I'm in a good place because of Coach Krys. Thankful for all her help.

I'm a NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a BS in Exercise Science from Rhode Island College. I'm a single mom of a baby girl and two fur babies. I've lived all over the country, but have made my way back to New England to settle down.
I started going to the gym 8 years ago because I was tired of being unhappy with the way I looked. Through fitness I have found myself, my passions, and confidence inside and outside of the gym. I have struggled with body issues, disordered eating, depression, and injuries, and the gym was a huge part in overcoming them. Now I help people of all ages and seasons do the same.
I truly believe that movement is medicine and exercise has the ability to change your entire life.
