Pre & Postnatal: For expecting or postpartum mamas who are looking to prep, heal, and strengthen their bodies before and after birth. Available in both 1-on-1 and small group options, up to 4.
Athlete Strength and Conditioning: Athlete S&C is crucial for performance, injury prevention, health and safety of our athletes. Available in both 1-on-1 and small group options up to 4.
First Responder Tactical: First Responder Tactical Training is for all first responder and military personnel to be the best they can be at their jobs. This training is specifically designed around the demands of these jobs to keep them safe, minimize injury, and perform at their best. Also available in one-on-one and groups up to of 4.
At She Wulf, our mission is to help females, in all stages of their lives, build strong foundations and confidence inside and outside of the gym. Health and Fitness is for every body. Whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, She Wulf is here to help educate our members on strength, conditioning, mobility, and adaptability.
While our primary clientele are females, we do not discriminate and everyone is welcome to train with us.

There will be 3 scaled versions of the workout. All fitness levels are welcome to join.

Small group training is for those who are looking for the feel of a class with the advantage of personalized coaching. All groups are on the same program, which allows you to hop into any small group, depending on your schedule.
Programs are typically 4-6 weeks long and cycle through different phases. All programs are progressively overloaded so that you can stop spinning your wheels and actually make progress!

Even though I have consistently worked out almost every day, I was only in my 50s (now is my 60s) when I found myself having to get on all fours before slowly getting up. It didn’t make any sense. Working with Coach Krys has literally changed my life. I have struggled with extreme self esteem problems, to the point I was too afraid to go in the gym. I worked with Coach Krys for a couple of months to work on getting in shape for my PRT after a patellar tendon tear. I went from 205lbs and a 37.5in waist to 195lbs and a 36.25in waist and all of my scores improved! I really enjoyed working with Coach Krys because she was able to give me exercises around my knee injury, but still have an effective workout.
I didn't even realize how far I had come until I looked back at pictures. I just want to thank Coach Krys for getting me started, I couldn't have done it without her! I now squat 225 and even out-lift some of the guys.
I worked with Coach Krys after I injured my knee. I sprained my PCL and MCL and tore my meniscus. Ortho suggested surgery. I started with Coach Krys to gain strength before surgery. After 3 months of working with her, my follow up at Ortho went so well that I no longer needed surgery.
This whole experience of working with Coach Krys has taught me that I can eat to my calorie maintenance and still feel great and if I have an off day I'm strong enough to get right back on it! I love it I'm in a good place because of Coach Krys. Thankful for all her help.
